hmm.....i guess this week is going to be a pretty hectic week for me....until i cant come to service~!
cos im so called on a project..called 'Event Catering' in sch.
my class was then split into 2.
20 people with some pastry students(im a culinary student)
we gotta CREATE a menu from scratch.
and we were told to sell it off at $28...
pretty expensive isnt it??
but its a 6 course menu...
so everything's done....
everything's planned....
there comes the horror.....
we r selling it this coming whole week...
from monday to saturday...haha...
its a dinner set menu by the way...
and i've tasted it....
its NICE~!!!!

and 20 plus people from my family is coming~~!!
haha....
quite happy....
we managed to sell 200-300 tickets le....dunno the exact amount..
but including the walk-in customers.....i dunno how many people there will be in total la...
but i heard the record for the most number of people who came was 730...
wah....that means u gotta sell at least a 100 EVERYDAY~!

must chiong ler....starts from today~~!!
and today going to be quite busy as we need to transfer everything thats prepared in my sch to Petals....the resturant where we're selling our menu at...
